We used MarathonGuide.com to identify which U.S. cities will host marathons in 2025, along with their average finish times. To evaluate race-day amenities, we used Google to find the number of 4.5-star (user-reviewed) hotels, as well as the number of running clubs and meetups in each city. Additionally, we used Yelp to determine the number of sportswear stores and local attractions. Based on these factors, we ranked the top U.S. cities for hosting a marathon. Data is accurate as of February 6, 2025.
